Respiratory Therapist
Location: Athens, Georgia

Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts
Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional respiratory care to improve patient outcomes
- Monitor and manage ventilators and life-support systems with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create impactful treatment plans
- Educate patients and families to empower their recovery journeys
- Respond swiftly to emergencies, making every moment count
Qualifications
- Active Respiratory Therapist license in Georgia
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Previous experience in acute care settings a plus
- Ready to jump into rotating shifts with enthusiasm
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy
- RRT or CRT certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in ventilator management and airway care
- Strong assessment skills for respiratory conditions
- Excellent communication for patient and team interactions
- Adaptability to fast-paced hospital environments
