Roles & Responsibilities

• Triage patients and assess urgent care needs
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Provide compassionate care to patients of all ages
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
• Document patient histories and vital signs accurately
• Educate patients and families on follow-up care

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS certification preferred
• Experience in urgent care, emergency, or acute care setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent patient assessment and triage skills
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of urgent care procedures and protocols
