Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with nurses, aides, and physicians to ensure quality care
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Maine
• Current BLS certification
• Previous experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Competent in patient assessment and clinical judgment
• Proficient in medication administration and documentation
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Adaptability to changing patient needs and shift assignments
