Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during a variety of procedures to ensure smooth patient care
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms for each patient
• Take and process digital dental X-rays and scans
• Educate patients on proper orthodontic care and treatment plans
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment

Qualifications

• Valid Orthodontic Certification required
• State dental assisting license or certification preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting

Knowledge & Skills

• Thorough knowledge of orthodontic procedures, instruments, and equipment
• Proficient in dental practice management software
• Skill in providing compassionate patient care
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
