Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontist during procedures and patient adjustments
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Take and process dental X-rays and impressions
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and appliance maintenance
• Maintain accurate patient records and lab work
• Ensure a comfortable and positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent preferred
• Radiography certification (X-ray license) required
• Minimum 1 year of orthodontic assisting experience preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and terminology
• Proficiency with dental software and digital imaging
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Patient-focused and compassionate demeanor
