Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings and exams to promote oral health
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Assist dentists during procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Sterilize equipment and ensure a clean clinical environment

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient care

Education

• Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene or equivalent from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Knowledge of infection control protocols
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent patient education skills
