Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Supervise and guide licensed practical nurses and nursing assistants
• Respond to emergencies and changes in patient status with confidence

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maine
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and dedicated to patient well-being

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
• Time management and organizational abilities
