Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts with on-call requirements and every other weekend as needed
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the RN Circulator in the Operating Room, ensuring patient safety and smooth surgical flow
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to deliver exceptional care
- Prepare the OR environment and verify all equipment and supplies are ready for each procedure
- Monitor patients throughout surgery and respond quickly to any changes in condition
- Document procedures accurately in EPIC EMR and maintain clear communication with the care team
- Take call shifts to support emergency surgeries and provide continuity of care
Qualifications
- Current and valid California RN License
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA)
- Minimum one year of recent Ortho and ENT OR experience
- CNOR certification preferred
- EPIC EMR experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of Orthopedic and ENT surgical procedures
- Ability to remain calm and focused during on-call emergencies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
