Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: AP shift, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM (specific date: 2026-08-03; other shifts available)
Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient care thoroughly and in a timely manner
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
Qualifications
- Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Maine
- Current BLS certification
- 1+ year of experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Willingness to float to different units as needed
Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with electronic health records
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
