Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing facility
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Document patient care thoroughly and in a timely manner
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

• Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Maine
• Current BLS certification
• 1+ year of experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Willingness to float to different units as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with electronic health records
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
