Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU and PCU
Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed
Monitor vital signs, telemetry, and hemodynamic status closely
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team for optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families on conditions and recovery plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska (must be currently active)
Minimum of 1 year of ICU or PCU experience
Current certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, and PALS
Strong critical thinking and ability to adapt in fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in critical care nursing including ventilators, drips, and monitoring
Ability to interpret cardiac rhythms and laboratory results
Skilled in patient assessment and prioritization
Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
