Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ER environment
- Assess and triage patients efficiently
- Develop and implement effective care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care
- Participate in unit-specific orientation and ongoing education
Qualifications
- 2+ years of ER nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
- Experience with central line placement, MTP, chest tubes, trauma care, and stroke care
- Ability to work in a high-acuity environment with varied patient ratios
