Registered Nurse - CVOR

Location: Stockton, California

Start Date: 06-15-2026

End Date: 09-14-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Varied shifts including 8 and 12 hour shifts, weeknights from 6:30 PM to 6:00 AM the next morning (minimum 2 nights of call per 4 week schedule), and every 2nd/3rd weekend (should be every 3rd/4th weekend when fully staffed)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $95 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in the CVOR unit
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with 8-10 OR rooms
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care
Participate in weeknight and weekend call rotations

Qualifications

Current RN licensure
BLS and ACLS certifications required
CNOR certification preferred
Experience in CVOR or general OR settings
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in CVOR nursing
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Familiarity with Cerner systems
