Registered Nurse - Cath Lab

Location: Carmichael, California

Start Date: 06-23-2026

End Date: 09-22-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Varied 8-hour shifts, generally starting at 7:00 AM. Weekend call required, minimally every other weekend from Friday 1530 to Monday 0700. Call days including weekends average 12, up to 18 depending on staffing, with a 30-minute response time.

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $88 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Cath Lab setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
Operate and maintain medical equipment, including Cerner EMR
Respond to call days and weekends as required, with a 30-minute response time

Qualifications

2 years of experience in Cath Lab or similar setting
Current RN licensure and ACLS, BLS certifications
Experience with Cerner EMR and medical equipment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Cardiac invasive procedures and peripheral interventions
Cath Lab operations and workflow
Medical terminology and patient care
