Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Treat patients with various diagnoses in a Home Health setting
Maintain accurate records and timesheets for mileage reimbursement
Participate in meetings and communicate with supervisors as needed

Qualifications

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) certification
Experience working in Home Health (new grads considered in extreme cases)
Strong communication and organizational skills

Education

Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy techniques and modalities
Home Health experience and protocols
Time management and documentation skills
