Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct Oasis Assessments and Start of Care cases
Complete patient visits efficiently using a point system
Utilize a tablet for time and visit tracking

Qualifications

Physical Therapist license
Experience with Oasis Assessments and Start of Care cases
Ability to work independently in a rural setting

Education

Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Oasis Assessments
Start of Care procedures
Physical therapy best practices
