Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare patient care and procedure areas for safe and efficient care delivery
- Review patient charts and communicate with physicians and Nurse Practitioners
- Provide nursing care and monitoring for cardiovascular and electrophysiology patients
- Participate in pre-procedure 'Full Stop' and 'Time Out' processes
- Administer procedural sedation
- Accurately document patient care and procedures
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and families
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse licensure
- Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certifications
- 1 year of experience in ICU, CVICU, IMC, or Cath Lab
Education
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing
