Roles & Responsibilities

• Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist
• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes
• Assist in maintaining department and treatment areas
• Participate in patient care and rehabilitation conferences
• Communicate with supervisor and health team members

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in California
• 1 year of experience in Physical Therapy
• Proficient in computer skills such as Casamba and Point Click Care
