Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients thoroughly using evidence-based assessment methods and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide high-quality orthopedic, neurological and vestibular rehabilitation interventions (ACL, rotator cuff, total joint, concussion, Parkinson’s, vertigo, etc.)
• Perform fall risk assessments and implement prevention strategies to keep patients safe and independent
• Document skilled care and billing units accurately in NextGen EHR, aligned with clinic expectations
• Manage caseload and coordinate care through effective case management and patient education
• Meet clinic productivity expectations while preserving clinical quality and patient-centered care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Communicate clearly with patients and families to set goals, track progress, and promote self-management

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in the state of practice (verify state requirements prior to start)
• Comfortable treating outpatient orthopedic and neurological diagnoses, including vestibular conditions
• Proficiency or willingness to learn NextGen EHR for documentation and billing/units tracking
• Able to meet productivity expectations (minimum of 11 visits/day, ~55/week) while delivering high-quality care
• New graduate candidates accepted — enthusiastic learners encouraged to apply
• Professional presentation and adherence to business-casual dress code
• Strong communication, time management, and patient education skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Outpatient physical therapy best practices
• Orthopedic rehabilitation (post-op care, joint replacement, soft tissue injuries)
• Neurological care (concussion management, Parkinson’s disease support)
• Vestibular assessment and vestibular rehabilitation for vertigo
• Evaluation & assessment techniques, including fall risk assessment
• Case management and interdisciplinary coordination
• NextGen EHR documentation and billing/units familiarity
• Productivity and clinic flow management
