Shift Type: Rotating shifts including weekends, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Special Care Nursery settings
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Monitor and assess patients' conditions, developing and implementing care plans
Perform various procedures, including cervical ripening, induction of labor, and infant care

Qualifications

Current RN license
1 year of experience in Labor or Postpartum care within the last year
LDRP experience preferred
NRP, ACLS, and BLS certifications required

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Basic computer skills and proficiency in EMR systems
