Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts including nights and days, alternating weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting
Work effectively with a team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) system
Participate in unit activities and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications

2+ years of nursing experience in L&D
EFM, ACLS, BLS, NRP, SVE competency, C-Section circulation certifications
Experience in a Level IV unit (high volume unit) preferred
Internal monitor placement competency preferred
Previous HCA assignment/employments preferred

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and proficiency with EMR systems
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
