Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Treat 5-7 patients per day
Provide physical therapy services in home health settings
Work with patients who have had surgeries, falls, etc.
Use EMR system (HomeCare/HomeBase)

Qualifications

Current ND Physical Therapy License
BLS certification
1+ year of home health experience
PT related skills
Current Driver's License & Auto Insurance

Knowledge & Skills

Physical Therapy

Patient treatment and care
EMR systems (HomeCare/HomeBase)
