Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct physical therapy assessments and treatments for home health patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
Provide education and training to patients and caregivers
Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications

Current ND Physical Therapy License
BLS certification
1 year of experience in Physical Therapy
Home Health experience preferred
OASIS training preferred

Education

Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy techniques and modalities
Home health care principles and practices
OASIS data collection and reporting
Communication and interpersonal skills
Time management and organization
