Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (4 10-hour days), flexible scheduling with potential for occasional weekend on-call

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and treat patients with various conditions, including developmental delays, autism, and orthopedic issues
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapy license in Colorado
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
At least 1 year of experience in physical therapy, with some pediatric experience preferred

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Physical Therapy degree

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy techniques and modalities
Pediatric and adult patient care
Treatment planning and implementation
