Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy to residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient assessments
• Document progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on exercises and self-care techniques

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or DPT
• Any experience level, including new graduates
• Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
