Location: Santa Rosa, California

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 3x12-Hour Day shifts, 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert care to patients in Phase I and II recovery, ensuring smooth transitions post-procedure
- Monitor vital signs and manage complex cases like vascular surgeries and trauma recoveries
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including PT, respiratory, and rapid response for optimal patient outcomes
- Float to nearby facilities to broaden your impact and skills
- Deliver compassionate care across adolescents to geriatrics in a high-volume unit
Qualifications
- Active CA state RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of inpatient acute PACU experience - a hard requirement
- BLS and ACLS certifications, with CCRN, CPAN or PALS preferred
- Travel experience welcomed, first-time travelers need not apply
Education
- RN licensure with relevant clinical experience
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in arterial line management, dysrhythmia recognition, and ventilated patient care
- Proficient across surgical specialties including ortho, neuro, vascular, robotics, and more
- Experience in Level I/II trauma centers and ICU a big plus
- Comfortable with pre and post procedural regional blocks
