Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Room patients and capture vital signs with precision and care
Assist with procedures and biopsies to support exceptional ENT outcomes
Handle telephone triage and pharmacy refill requests efficiently
Manage insurance verification and authorization forms seamlessly
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure ongoing patient success
Set up procedure rooms and maintain autoclaving standards

Qualifications

At least 6 months of experience as a Medical Assistant, ideally in ENT or adult outpatient settings
BLS certification required
Proficiency in EPIC charting system
Open to temp-to-hire opportunity in a fast-paced clinic

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in otolaryngology and office duties
Skilled in adult outpatient clinic operations
Strong abilities in insurance verification, authorization forms, and telephone triage
Comfortable with biopsies, vital signs, height/weight measurements, and procedure assistance
