Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist with patient intake and record‑keeping
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment trays
• Take and develop dental impressions and radiographs
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment area
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post‑treatment care

Qualifications

• Current Orthodontic Certification (required)
• Dental assisting experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency for dental software

Knowledge & Skills

• Orthodontic procedures and terminology
• Infection control protocols
• Dental radiography basics
• Patient positioning and comfort techniques
• Inventory management for dental supplies
