Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists during exams and procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
• Provide exceptional patient care and education
• Maintain accurate patient records

Qualifications

• Current Orthodontic Certification required
• Dental Assistant certification or license as per Maryland state requirements
• CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Experience with Denticon or similar software a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and instruments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and infection control protocols
