Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and preventive care
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and wellness
• Assist dentists during procedures to ensure efficient care
• Take X-rays and assess patient oral health
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in New York State
• CPR certification required
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Knowledge of infection control protocols
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable using dental software and digital X-rays
