Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate advanced CT equipment to produce detailed cross-sectional images of patients' internal structures
• Assist radiologists and physicians in diagnosing complex diseases and injuries by providing high-quality diagnostic images
• Position patients accurately and ensure their comfort and safety during imaging procedures
• Maintain and calibrate CT equipment to ensure optimal performance and image quality
• Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure to patients and staff
• Document patient history, procedure details, and image data accurately in electronic health records

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of CT Technologist experience - required
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification - required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Knowledge & Skills

• Computed Tomography (CT) imaging techniques and protocols
• ARRT certification and state licensure compliance
• Patient positioning and radiation safety best practices
• Effective communication with patients and healthcare team
• Proficient in electronic health records and imaging software
