Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the orthodontist during patient examinations and treatments
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Take and process dental impressions and records
- Maintain accurate patient charts and documentation
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and appliance care
- Coordinate with lab technicians for appliance fabrication
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent
- Experience in orthodontic procedures
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Dental anatomy and orthodontic appliance handling
- Sterilization and infection control protocols
- Patient care and comfort techniques
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency
- Team collaboration and communication
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
