Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the oral surgeon with patient preparation and recovery
• Take vital signs (BP, pulse, O2 saturation) and monitor patient status
• Administer nitrous oxide and IV sedation under supervision
• Capture high‑quality panoramic X‑rays
• Prepare and assist during wisdom tooth extractions
• Maintain sterile instruments and ensure equipment readiness

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) preferred or equivalent experience
• Hands‑on experience with vital signs, nitrous oxide, and IV sedation
• Proficiency operating panoramic X‑ray equipment
• Familiarity with oral surgery and wisdom tooth procedures
• Excellent communication and patient‑care skills
