Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care in high-stakes OR procedures across ortho, neuro, general, trauma, and robotics
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a bustling Level II Trauma Center to save lives
- Master advanced surgeries using Da Vinci Xi/DV5 robots and specialized equipment
- Maintain 1:1 patient ratios for focused, impactful patient outcomes
- Ensure safety and precision in trauma cases, transplants, and complex reconstructions
Qualifications
- Active RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications (CNOR preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of OR experience, specifically in surgery
- Travel nursing experience required
- Trauma Level II experience mandatory, Level I preferred
Education
- RN licensure required
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in ortho, neuro, general surgery, trauma, and robotics including Da Vinci Xi/DV5
- Proficient in Epic charting system
- Skilled in vascular, gynecology, plastics, urology, and bariatrics procedures
- Strong in emergency management, infection control, wound care, and universal protocols
