Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and manage incoming patients with compassion and efficiency
- Perform expert triage and telephone triage to ensure timely care
- Collaborate with the oncology team to support medical oncology and hematology patients
- Coordinate supportive therapies and blood product administration
- Contribute to a dynamic outpatient clinic environment handling up to 25 visits daily
Qualifications
- Active RN license with at least 2 years of experience
- BLS certification required
- Oncology experience preferred but welcoming to dedicated newcomers
- Comfortable in fast-paced outpatient settings
- First-time travelers encouraged to apply
Education
- RN licensure from an accredited nursing program
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in triage and telephone triage for seamless patient flow
- Familiarity with outpatient oncology workflows
- Proficient in Epic charting system
- Strong patient assessment and communication abilities
- Adaptable to floating between nearby Ballantyne and Matthews locations
