Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate functional abilities and challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence and improve quality of life
• Guide patients through therapeutic activities and exercises designed to meet their unique goals
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other team members to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies to achieve the best outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain before start)
• NBCOT certification
• BLS certification from AHA or equivalent
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for exploring new places
