Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders
• Implement therapeutic procedures and utilize assistive devices to maximize patients' independence
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team and communicate with physicians and family members
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment programs as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapist License
• Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work collaboratively in a patient-centered environment

Education

• Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of occupational therapy principles and evidence-based practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to develop creative treatment plans using a variety of therapeutic modalities
• Proficiency in patient documentation and electronic medical records
