Location: Lincoln, NE

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts including weekends, specific shifts and days vary; Supervisor has template made; Weekend Requirements: NM - No weekends, no holidays, no call; MRI - Rotating weeknight/weekend call, holidays; US - Rotating weeknight/weekend call, holidays; XR/CT - Rotating template that includes weekends into the rotation/holidays and 1-3 nights of call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform nuclear medicine procedures using GE Discovery 630 Dual Head and GE PET 8 equipment
Operate and maintain various imaging equipment, including MRI, CT, XR, and PET scanners
Work with EMR and PACS systems, including Epic and McKesson
Provide high-quality patient care and support
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications

BLS certification required
ARRT (NM) or CNMT certification required
ARRT RT(R), ARRT (CT), or ARRT (MR) certification preferred
Valid driver's license required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and positivity

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field

Knowledge & Skills

Nuclear medicine procedures and protocols
Imaging equipment operation and maintenance
EMR and PACS systems
Patient care and communication skills
Teamwork and collaboration
