Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch (self-scheduling used, 2 weekends per 4-week schedule, holiday requirements apply)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care on a MedSurg/Tele unit
Interpret tele strips and sign at least once a shift
Work collaboratively with the healthcare team
Participate in unit-specific orientation
Float to other units if qualified

Qualifications

Current RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications
Experience with general and orthopedic surgical patients
Cerner experience recommended
Ability to read basic tele strips

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Basic life support
Advanced cardiovascular life support
Telemetry interpretation
Cerner electronic medical records
