Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and support to patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor patient status and report changes to the care team
Document care activities clearly in the patient record
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support staff to deliver coordinated care

Qualifications

Valid LPN license (Georgia) required
Completion of an accredited LPN/vocational nursing program
Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
Comfortable with patient assessments, medication administration, and basic wound care
Professional communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Orientation attendance required

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and vital signs monitoring
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic familiarity with electronic health record systems
Infection control and patient safety protocols
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure
