Submission Requirements
- At least two years of SNF/LTC experience - [REQUIRED]
- BLS (Must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross) - [REQUIRED]
- Covid Vaccine Required - Medical & Religious Exemptions can be accepted on a case-by-case basis- [REQUIRED]
- Previous travel experience - [REQUIRED]
