Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct nursing care to residents, ensuring dignity and comfort
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
Perform thorough assessments and report changes in condition promptly
Document care, observations, and interventions clearly in the medical record
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and follow care plans
Assist with activities of daily living and promote resident independence
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
Communicate effectively with residents and families to support great care experiences

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred or required per facility policy)
Comfortable working in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Previous LPN experience preferred but enthusiastic new grads are welcome to apply

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program or equivalent diploma/certificate

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Able to perform resident assessments and recognize changes in condition
Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate charting
Knowledge of infection prevention and safety protocols
Good time management and the ability to prioritize resident care
