Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide critical patient care in the emergency department
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and manage acute medical conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid RN license
• BLS, PALS, ACLS, NIH Certification
• Experience in emergency department preferred
• CNE skills checklist, specialty competency exam, basic EKG exam, pharmacology exam, core competencies

Knowledge & Skills

• Emergency nursing
• Advanced cardiac life support
• Basic life support
• Pediatric advanced life support
• Pharmacology
• EKG interpretation
• CNE competencies
