Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Provide compassionate support and companionship to residents
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patients
• Document care activities accurately and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Experience in long‑term care or assisted living preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow care plans and protocols

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient care fundamentals
• Infection control practices
• Basic medical terminology
• Effective communication with residents and families
• Team collaboration and documentation
