Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide advanced respiratory care to NICU patients during night shifts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor and adjust ventilator settings using evidence-based protocols
• Document patient progress accurately in Epic EMR
• Educate families on respiratory care and discharge planning

Qualifications

• RRT (NBRC) certification
• Active RI RT license or compact-eligible
• Certified BLS, NRP, and ACLS
• Epic EMR experience
• 1-2 years recent NICU respiratory experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
