Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality critical care nursing to patients across multiple units
• Float seamlessly between ICU, ER, Step-Down, and PACU as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor and assess patients, administer medications, and respond to emergencies
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records using EPIC system

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Georgia
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of critical care experience in a similar-sized facility
• Experience with EPIC EMR
• Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced float pool environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic health records
• Ability to float and adapt to different units and patient populations
• Time management and organizational skills
