Roles & Responsibilities

• Support utilization management, authorization, referral, and medical management workflows
• Validate authorization rules, workflow routing, and clinical documentation impacts
• Collaborate with clinical, payer operations, QA, and application teams for testing and issue resolution
• Document workflow requirements, testing evidence, defects, and operational readiness notes

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant healthcare IT, Epic, payer operations, QA, application support, or analytics experience
• Hands-on experience with Epic Tapestry, payer platforms, EHR/EMR systems, or healthcare enterprise applications
• Ability to work with U.S. healthcare teams and document findings clearly
• Strong understanding of healthcare privacy, security, and HIPAA-style data handling
