Roles & Responsibilities

• Support eligibility and enrollment workflows within Epic Tapestry and related payer systems
• Validate member eligibility, enrollment updates, plan data, benefits, and payer file exchanges
• Assist with configuration review, issue resolution, UAT, regression testing, and go-live support
• Document business rules, workflow impacts, defects, and operational readiness findings

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant healthcare IT, Epic, payer operations, QA, application support, or analytics experience
• Hands-on experience with Epic Tapestry, payer platforms, EHR/EMR systems, revenue cycle systems, or healthcare enterprise applications
• Ability to work with U.S. healthcare teams, document findings clearly, and support remote delivery across time zones
• Strong understanding of healthcare privacy, security, HIPAA-style data handling, and confidential client information
