Roles & Responsibilities

• Support Epic Tapestry configuration, application build, workflow analysis, testing, and production support
• Partner with payer operations, IT, QA, and client stakeholders to resolve system issues and validate enhancements
• Document configuration decisions, testing outcomes, issue resolution notes, and operational workflows
• Contribute to claims, enrollment, benefits, eligibility, provider, CRM, and member/payer workflow areas

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant healthcare IT, Epic, payer operations, QA, application support, or analytics experience
• Hands-on experience with Epic Tapestry, payer platforms, EHR/EMR systems, revenue cycle systems, or healthcare enterprise applications
• Ability to work with U.S. healthcare teams and support remote delivery across time zones
• Strong understanding of healthcare privacy, security, and data handling practices

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in Epic Tapestry configuration and application coordination
• Knowledge of claims, eligibility, enrollment, benefits, and testing processes
• Experience with ServiceNow or Jira for issue tracking
• Excellent documentation and client-facing communication skills
