Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate service delivery activities for Epic and healthcare IT support teams
• Track incidents, escalations, status updates, SLA performance, and resolution progress
• Serve as a bridge between client stakeholders, application teams, QA, and support resources
• Prepare service dashboards, meeting notes, issue summaries, and operational readiness updates

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant healthcare IT, Epic, payer operations, QA, application support, or analytics experience
• Hands-on experience with Epic Tapestry, payer platforms, EHR/EMR systems, revenue cycle systems, or healthcare enterprise applications
• Ability to work with U.S. healthcare teams, document findings clearly, and support remote delivery across time zones
• Strong understanding of healthcare privacy, security, HIPAA-style data handling, and confidential client information

Knowledge & Skills

• Epic support coordination or healthcare IT service delivery experience
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or similar ticketing experience
• Incident management and SLA tracking
