Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, patient-centered dialysis care to individuals managing chronic kidney disease
• Monitor patients throughout dialysis treatments, assessing vital signs and responding quickly to any changes
• Operate and maintain dialysis equipment with precision, following all safety protocols
• Educate patients and families about kidney health, home dialysis options, and treatment processes
• Document care accurately and collaborate closely with the nursing team to ensure the best outcomes

Qualifications

• Current CHT or CCHT certification required
• Active Washington State MA-HT certification or ability to obtain before start
• Current CPR/BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• At least 1 year of previous dialysis experience required
• Willingness to work at multiple clinic locations across the greater Seattle area

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of hemodialysis procedures, equipment, and safety standards
• Empathy and active listening to support patients during treatment
• Sharp attention to detail for accurate documentation and patient monitoring
• Clear communication and collaboration with RNs and other healthcare professionals
• Adaptability to handle 10-13 hour shifts in a fast-paced clinic environment
