Dialysis Technician - Chronic In-Center
Location: Arlington, WA
Start Date: 08-24-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Saturday, 10-13 hour shifts, AM/PM rotations, ending by 11:30 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, patient-centered dialysis care to individuals managing chronic kidney disease
- Monitor patients throughout dialysis treatments, assessing vital signs and responding quickly to any changes
- Operate and maintain dialysis equipment with precision, following all safety protocols
- Educate patients and families about kidney health, home dialysis options, and treatment processes
- Document care accurately and collaborate closely with the nursing team to ensure the best outcomes
Qualifications
- Current CHT or CCHT certification required
- Active Washington State MA-HT certification or ability to obtain before start
- Current CPR/BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- At least 1 year of previous dialysis experience required
- Willingness to work at multiple clinic locations across the greater Seattle area
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of hemodialysis procedures, equipment, and safety standards
- Empathy and active listening to support patients during treatment
- Sharp attention to detail for accurate documentation and patient monitoring
- Clear communication and collaboration with RNs and other healthcare professionals
- Adaptability to handle 10-13 hour shifts in a fast-paced clinic environment
